his is a smart, automated service designed to extend the life of your jewelry. Depending on your chosen plan, you can bring your pieces to the studio or send them via courier once a month for professional cleaning and a preventative safety inspection. Additionally, subscribers enjoy an exclusive discount of 5% to 20% on all repairs and purchases of Studio Cocos brand jewelry.

Q: What exactly is included in the monthly subscription fee? A: The fee covers a professional safety inspection (checking stones, prongs, and clasps) and basic maintenance cleaning (ultrasonic or machine polishing) for the number of items specified in your plan. Repairs, replacement of broken parts, or deep manual restoration are not included but are available to you at a special member discount.
Q: Can I skip a month and bring double the items next time? A: To maintain our high standard of service and studio scheduling, unused visits do not roll over to the next month. Each subscription grants one visit (or courier pickup) per month. If a visit is missed, it cannot be refunded or transferred.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription if I change my mind? A: Yes, you have full flexibility. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your personal account on our website. The service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
Q: Are repairs and parts replacement covered by the plan? A: No. Repairs, soldering, and replacing lost stones or broken parts are separate services. However, as a subscriber, you receive an exclusive discount (5%, 10%, 15%, or 20% depending on your plan) on any repair work or new purchases.
Q: How does the VIP Courier service work? A: Our VIP plan includes one round-trip courier service per month. We coordinate the pickup of your items (7–10 pieces) from your address and return them to you once the maintenance is complete. Unused courier services do not carry over to the next month.
